On December 16, 2025, during the inauguration of the 400th KFC restaurant in Cagnes-sur-Mer, this highly symbolic day illustrated far more than a commercial success: it highlighted the strength of a partnership built on trust and expertise.
Since 2007, GS Environnement has supported KFC’s development as its exclusive fire safety partner, a commitment led by Yves Marx, Managing Director of GS Environnement. With his dual French-Luxembourg nationality and deep understanding of both markets’ cultures and requirements, he plays a key role in this long-term partnership as an expert in automatic fire suppression systems. Alongside him, Florence Rastoul, Operations Director, ensures the daily operational follow-up of all KFC restaurants, responding consistently and efficiently to every request from the network. Together, they ensure that every new kitchen is equipped with the Nobel K system, guaranteeing optimal fryer protection and uncompromising safety in a highly demanding operational environment.

Witnessing the enthusiasm and energy of KFC teams during this inauguration was a true source of inspiration. The brand’s success is based on operational excellence, and our role is to ensure that this excellence is never compromised.This achievement fully aligns with the vision carried by Isabelle Herman, Managing Director of KFC France & Luxembourg. Having joined the brand in 2022—the year the 300th restaurant was inaugurated—she now celebrates the emblematic opening of the 400th. Alongside her were key contributors to the project: Adrien Gueant, already leading 24 KFC restaurants in just three years; Jean-Louis Briand, who delivered the restaurant turnkey; and OJL Construction under the project management of Mr. Teyssier.
