Schools choose NOBEL K to comply with the legislation
Article GC8 of the decree of October 10, 2005, obliges large kitchens to install an automatic fire extinguishing system.
“Large kitchens, re-heating stations and each cooking island must have means of extinction appropriate to the risk presented.
In large open kitchens and cooking islands, automatic fire extinguishing systems suitable for oil fire must be installed in line with open fryers.“
Thus, each year the colleges and high schools take advantage of the summer closure to comply with the legislation.
After study and assessment of fire hazards in the kitchen, the NOBEL K fire extinguishing system was again selected by 15 additional schools this year.
The main advantages that made the difference:
- Its adaptability,
- Its reliability,
- Its viability,
- Its speed of installation
- Its ease of maintenance.
From kindergarten to faculty, more than 200 educational institutions now trust GS Environnement and are equipped with the NOBEL KS system on the French national territory.
