OPENING OF THE APPRENTICE TRAINING CENTRE OF BRUAY SUR L’ESCAUT INNOVATION AND MODERNITY
Inaugurated for the start of the school year, the Bruay sur L’Escaut ATC is of a new kind, it includes both the training component and the administrative reception of craftsmen and entrepreneurs.
This architectural achievement is surprising for its ecological expression, mainly on ventilation.
This ATC can accommodate up to 1,200 apprentices trained mainly in the food industry. The kitchen equipment is cutting edge and uses state of the art technology.
“GS Environnement” was asked to install the Anaximene and Nobel systems:
- Anaximene, for the biological treatment of fats and odours from the extraction ducts of catering, butchery, pedagogical kitchen and chocolate-pastry workshops.
- Nobel KS automatic extinguishing of cooking fires for kitchens.
